Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations beyond your control may arise requiring you to cancel and/or reschedule a class. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, but if a cancellation notice is received at least 2 business days prior to the start date of the class, the student will be permitted to reschedule to another class within 60 days.

In order for the class to be successful, all students MUST arrive at least 10 minutes before class time. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late for class will not receive certification and will not be refunded course fees.

A minimum of 6 or 8 students (depending on the course) must be enrolled in order for the class to be held. If the class is canceled, you will be contacted at least 2 days prior to the scheduled class date and either offered a refund or enrollment in a later class date.
